day, invitation only event was held at UNOH
October 8th. Attendees could choose 3 of eight
seminars given that day. They were:

The
opening breakfast introduction
The day started
early with a continental breakfast and a days
activities briefing and introduction by Bob Dolder
of Sunnen products of the seminar presenters and
the staff of the automotive division of the University
of Northwestern Ohio.

Seminars in the same day
After breakfast
it was off to the first of three chosen seminars.
Dan Roberts of DTS presented the dynamometer technology
seminars and had the privilege of show casing
UNO’s brand new dynamometer facility with
two new DTS Powermark engine dynamometer systems
installed in two beautiful identical test cells.

The dynamometer seminar was
half class room and the half actual running
on an engine provided by the University.
Between the seminars, the attendee’s
good view and sample new equipment and products
showcased in the main automotive building. This
was also the facility that housed the catered
lunch that was provided to all the attendee’s.
The response was excellent
and everyone felt that they learned new information
and techniques, all in all it was time well
spent.
