The DTS1600 automatically applies and releases load to your preset limits. Every spring test is stored in the data acquisition system for further analysis. All aspects of rating a set of springs can be preset prior to testing and evaluating. Traveling distance, speed, force, etc.

All data is automatically collected and stored for complete evaluation of each spring. Unlike manually operated systems the 1600 does the same test procedure time after time for the most accurate data to evaluate. Acceptable limits can also be preset for a simple quick go/no-go sorting of springs.
